The 16th edition, which will take place on 27 and 28 August 2026, will focus on the management of electrical installations, energy storage and the digitalisation required for this management (notably via AI).<\/p>\n

The Smart Energy Event was first launched in 2011, in the wake of the Fukushima nuclear accident. Since then, the global energy sector has undergone a major overhaul, with, for example, the Swiss Federal Council\u2019s decision to phase out nuclear power.<\/p>\n

Over the years and across various editions, we have examined the changes, promises and innovations that have shaped this sector. The event also features a dedicated space for the success stories of start-ups that have brilliantly helped to shape the Smart Energy landscape.<\/p>\n
